*All applicable permits, insurance and full payment must accompany this application, if you do not receive a confirmation email please contact office@passcreekfair.com

Renters must agree to the following renter responsibility:

Ensure the Public Health Regulations, applicable to your exhibit/display/commodities sold, are adhered to.
This includes a Permit to Operate from Interior Health, Food Safe and Proper Business Insurance for all food vendors.
All booths must be staffed during Fair hours.

PLEASE CLEAN UP AND REMOVE ALL YOUR GARBAGE FROM THE GROUNDS!
