Rooted in Community

For more than thirty years, the Pass Creek Fall Fair has been a place where community comes together to celebrate tradition, rural life, and the changing seasons of the Kootenays. Founded by Don and Irene Hill alongside Rick and Donna Smith, the fair was built with care, dedication, and a deep love for this region.

Today, that spirit lives on through affordable, family-friendly fun. From lively entertainment and competitive exhibitions to hands-on agriculture and livestock experiences, it’s a celebration rooted in connection, learning, and the simple joy of being together each fall.

Board Members

Our Board Members generously volunteer their time, care, and experience to support the Pass Creek Fall Fair. Their dedication helps keep this long-standing community tradition thriving year after year.

Amelia Morris

I’ve been proud to serve as Vice President of the Pass Creek Fall Fair for the past three years. As a busy mom, I know how important community events like this are for bringing families together and creating lasting memories.
I’m passionate about supporting our volunteers, celebrating local talent, and helping keep the Fall Fair a tradition everyone can enjoy.
