Volunteer with Us

Volunteers are at the heart of the
Pass Creek Fall Fair.

From helping with setup and welcoming visitors to supporting activities and keeping things running smoothly, every bit of help makes a difference.

You don’t need special experience, just a willingness to be part of a friendly, community-focused event. Whether you can help for a few hours or more, we’d love to have you join us.

Our fair is a great place for local vendors to connect with families and the wider community. We welcome a variety of vendors, including food, handmade goods, local businesses, and community groups.

Livestock Exhibition

The Livestock Exhibition is a family-friendly fair highlight where visitors can meet farm animals and learn about rural life. All animals are well cared for, and their health and well-being are a top priority. It’s a fun and educational way to experience one of the fair’s oldest traditions.

Competitive Exhibitions

Competitive Exhibitions invite community members of all ages to showcase their talents, creativity, and hard work. Whether it’s baking, crafts, preserves, photography, or other handmade and homegrown entries, these friendly competitions are all about participation, pride, and fun.

ENTERTAINMENT

We’re seeking talented performers to join our 30+ year community tradition. From live music to interactive, family-friendly acts, we welcome entertainment that brings energy and fun to fairgoers of all ages.

Applications close March 14, 2026. Accepted entertainers will be contacted April 1.
